The Color Your Chakras Empowered Healing Program consists of 40 patterns for coloring. The 40 patterns each target a different aspect of life, listed at the bottom of the patterns. In addition, each pattern is accompanied by a phrase or sentence. These words guide us into deeper understanding of the healing process.
The chakra system
The coloring patterns classify into groups based on a system of eight chakras. For those familiar with the concept of chakras, this will add an extra dimension to the patterns. That is to say, the chakras can assist us understanding the close relationship between our body’s energy and our physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Nevertheless, knowledge of the chakras and cosmic energies whatsoever is not required to make this healing program work! In fact, it is even totally fine to be skeptical about the chakras and the healing ability of the patterns.
How to use
The coloring can be done at your own convenient time and location. The patterns are accompanied by tips in order to make the coloring a calming and fun experience. The healing program can be used both by individuals and groups.
