Color Your Chakra focuses at a system of 8 chakras to give the program and easy understandable structure. The term “chakra” (चक्र) comes originally from the Sanskrit language of India, meaning “wheel” or “spinning wheel”. To clarify, a chakra is cosmic energy moving in a rotating motion. In your body you have thousands of these rotating energy centers: major and minor.

The condition of your chakras plays a huge determining factor in your wellbeing. The chakras are responsible for the effective distribution of energy in your body. Both the amount of energy, its quality, its direction, and its speed influences who you are. The energy affects your thoughts, your emotions, and your attitude to life. The cleaner, more balanced and stronger your energy, the higher your sense of well-being.

Each of the chakras contains a combination of different types of cosmic energies. The variation in color is caused by a difference in vibration. Even though the energies radiating from our chakras are by default invisible for the human eye, the energies can be perceived in many different ways. It is important to realize that most humans are not consciously aware of the existence of these energies, but do unconsciously react to it.
